Active ingredient: aminocaproic acid, 1 tablet contains aminocaproic acid 500 mg; excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide, povidone (polyvinylpyrrolidone), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
Pills. There are 10 tablets in a blister, 2 blisters in a pack or 20 tablets in a container.
Termination and prevention of bleeding caused by increased fibrinolytic activity of the blood, as well as by the states of hypo- and afibrinogenemia. Surgical interventions on organs rich in fibrinolysis activators (lungs, brain, uterus, prostate, pancreas, thyroid, adrenal glands), for burn disease, complicated abortion, uterine bleeding, for diseases of internal organs accompanied by hemorrhagic syndrome, for liver diseases, acute pancreatitis, cholecystopancreatitis, pernicious and hypoplastic anemia, leukemia, allergic diseases (allergic rhinitis, chronic tonsillitis, rhinopathy, skin vasculitis, bronchial asthma).
Aminocaproic acid tablets are administered orally. Depending on the state of the blood coagulation system, 1-10 tablets are prescribed 4-5 times a day.
11-18 years old - single - 3-5 g (6-10 tablets), daily - 18-30 g (36-60 tablets).
For children under the age of 3 years, the drug is prescribed in a different dosage form.
Increased individual sensitivity to the drug, tendency to thrombosis and thromboembolic diseases, disseminated intravascular coagulation syndrome, macrohematuria, kidney disease with impaired function, renal failure, hematuria, severe coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular accident.
