For use by adult men inside, regardless of food intake. Take one 100 mg tablet orally per day, approximately 30 minutes - 12:00 before expected sexual activity. The maximum recommended number of applications is 1 time per day.
For elderly men (over 65 years), dose adjustment is not required.
No dose adjustment is required for men with mild renal impairment.
No dose adjustment is required in patients with mild hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class A).
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Zidena; regular or intermittent use of nitrates and other nitric oxide donors; uncontrolled arterial hypertension (blood pressure> 170/100 mm Hg); arterial hypotension (blood pressure <90/50 mm Hg); uncontrolled arrhythmia; hereditary degenerative diseases of the retina (including retinitis pigmentosa); severe hepatic or renal impairment; the presence of a congenital syndrome of lengthening the QT interval or an increase in the QT interval due to drug intake; unstable angina or severe heart failure; stroke, myocardial infarction, or coronary artery bypass grafting within the past 6 months; use of strong inhibitors of cytochrome P450 (HIV protease inhibitor indinavir or ritonavir); Simultaneous administration of the drug Zidena with other drugs for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
