Closed (without damage to the skin) injuries and their consequences - edema, myositis, tendonitis and tendovaginitis, ligamentitis, bursitis, hemorrhages, slaughter of soft tissues, muscle tension, tendons and ligaments, chronic traumatism and overload of soft tissues (for example, "elbow of a tennis player") neuralgia of various origin, restriction of mobility of joints (for example, shoulder-palpation periarthritis); acute pain in diseases of the superficial veins of the lower extremities (thrombophlebitis, phlebitis, periflebit, varicose veins, trophic disorders in the background of chronic venous insufficiency).

When applying the bandage breathable dressing material is imposed only after penetration of most of the gel into the skin (a few minutes). The duration of the course of treatment is determined individually by the physician and depends on the severity of the disease and the effectiveness of the therapy.
